The Singapore Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is advising that you are advised to use a version of the “Viagra Tablets” sold by Pfizer Inc. in the United States to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). In this case, the active ingredient in Viagra is Sildenafil Citrate.
The FDA issued a safety advisory in February stating that the tablets are not indicated for use in pediatric patients or individuals with a recent history of priapism. In June, the FDA noted that the FDA has not received adequate warnings of the risks and side effects associated with the use of Sildenafil Citrate tablets in children and that the product label for the drug should be revised.
